Join us for NCC’s 3rd Annual Charter Leaders of Color Confluence as we celebrate 10 years of building community, strengthening leadership, and expanding impact across the charter sector.
Confluence 2026 brings together charter school leaders, advocates, partners, and changemakers from across the country to celebrate a decade of collective impact while looking ahead to the future of our movement. Through meaningful connections, engaging conversations, and actionable learning, attendees will explore how we continue building the capacity of leaders of color, strengthening our schools, and advancing opportunities for the communities we serve.
