Who We Are
We are an organization that acts as the bridge between single-site charter schools leaders of color and the resources/funding they need to continue serving students. We provide community, consulting, leadership development and access to education equity stakeholders.
Our Stories
We are excited to feature members of our community with the hopes of instilling confidence about what can be possible if we demand better systems to support all learners, nurture relationships, and invest in leaders of color. We continue to be inspired and remain hopeful because of the remarkable stories of charter school leaders of color who have been persistent in their pursuit of equity. Although their stories are all unique, they share a commitment to enriching the lives of their students while leading and shaping their communities.
