Cordette Hubbard holds a B.S. in Psychology and Sociology from Tennessee State University and an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Webster University. She began her education career as a Head Start Teacher before transitioning to operational leadership roles in the charter school sector, where she gained extensive experience in turnaround strategies and operations management. As an expert in charter school operations, financial management, and human resource strategy, Cordette joined Beacon College Prep in 2020 as the Founding Director of Operations and now serves as the Executive Director.

Cordette’s dedication focuses on establishing a robust operational and fiscal foundation that enables educators and students to thrive, while also ensuring that the necessary resources and systems are in place to improve academic proficiency and support student achievement.
